Prescott, Arizona ---  Serving as chief mechanic for the Central Yavapai Fire District and the City of Prescott Fire Dept, Dale Wagner knows the importance of a well maintained truck fleet.  "Any mechanic worth his salt should be involved in decisions concerning preventive maintenance."
